College Basketball Rankings Week 17 Thursday Top 68 Teams: Iowa, UCF, UNLV

Most of the big moves are in the middle of the rankings pack so far in Week 17, but it's a critical time for a slew of the teams from 51 to 68. 

A few new teams are in the mix - getting hot at the right time to make one last big push - and others are solidifying themselves, even if the NCAA Tournament isn't realistic without a massive conference tourney run.
