Texas Tech lands Arizona LB Colin Schooler

Arizona star LB Colin Schooler has decided to transfer to Texas Tech, giving the Red Raiders a tackling machine in the middle of the D.

The 6-1, 229-pounder made 98 tackles with 1.5 sacks and 11 tackles for loss last year for the Wildcats, and finished his UA career with 312 stops.

Memphis RB Kenny Gainwell to opt out

According to Christian Fowler of 247, Memphis star RB Kenny Gainwell is expected to opt out on the 2020 college season. The 5-11, 191-pounder ran for 1,459 yards and 13 touchdowns last season and caught 51 passes for 610 yards and three scores as the all-around offensive force for the Tigers.

LSU Star WR Ja'Marr Chase Opts Out

According to multiple reports – first reported by Dennis Dodd of CBS Sports – LSU WR Ja’Marr Chase will opt out on the 2020 college football season to prepare for the NFL.

The 2019 Biletnikoff Winner caught 84 passes for 1,780 yards and 20 touchdowns for the national championship-winning Tigers. He’s projected to be a mid-first round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Central Arkansas beats Austin Peay in a thriller

UCA rallied back from a 17-16 deficit – Austin Peay got a one-yard Jeremiah Oatsvall touchdown run with 1:46 to play – with a Lujuan Winningham touchdown catch with 34 seconds to play for the 24-17 win.
