2019 Coastal Carolina Football Schedule Analysis
– New head coach Jamey Caldwell kicks things off with a tough home game against Eastern Michigan, and then the Chanticleers have to show off just how good they might be with a potentially winnable big game at Kansas. Norfolk State has to be a win along with the road date at UMass.
– The Sun Belt season starts out at Appalachain State – at least that big East game is out of the way early. The Georgia Southern game is on the road, too, but there’s a week off before getting home date against Troy. There’s a nice stretch from the end of September until mid-November with just one road game.
– Missing South Alabama from the West is no big deal – it would be nice to get the Jaguars – and it’s rough to get Arkansas State and ULM on the road. All four games against the West are in November.
