CFN 2020 First Team All-America Wide Receivers

1. JaMarr Chase, Jr. LSU
Is there any way he can do it again after losing so many parts who made the 2019 passing game blow up? Chase was the Biletnikoff winner as the nation’s best wide receiver, and now he’s back after catching 84 passes for 1,780 yards and 20 scores, averaging over 21 yards per grab.

2. DeVonta Smith, Sr. Alabama
Lost in all the talent on the 2019 Bama receiving corps – and with Jerry Jeudy and Henry Ruggs getting all of the NFL love – was that Smith led the team with 1,256 yards and 14 scores. Now he’ll get targeted even more.

CFN 2020 Second Team All-America Wide Receivers

3. Tylan Wallace, Sr. Oklahoma State
On his way to a second straight massive season – he caught 86 passes for 1,491 yards and 12 scores as a sophomore – he got hurt eight games in after making 53 grabs for 903 yards and eight touchdowns. Now he’s healthy again.

4. Jaylen Waddle, Jr. Alabama
The all-around playmaker who worked his way into one of the greatest receiving corps in college football history, he was great as a freshman and was terrific when he got his turn as a sophomore, catching 33 passes for 560 yards and six scores with a punt return and kick return for a score. Now he’ll start getting the ball more.
