What’s Going To Happen

This is a 12-1 Boise State team that needs to be given far more respect for an amazing season.

It shouldn’t have been such a given that the top American Athletic Conference champion was better, and this team is absolutely good enough to pull this off and win the 13th game.

But Chris Petersen isn’t going to go out with a loss.

This doesn’t always work out this way – ask Georgia Tech’s Paul Johnson after last year’s blowout loss to Minnesota in the Quick Lane Bowl – but Washington has the lines to hold up and the defense to battle for a full four quarters.

Washington will never get to feel comfortable, but it’ll survive a fun back-and-fourth fight with Jacob Eason leading the O on two late scoring drives to send Coach Pete out with something special.
