2019 Colorado State Rams Football Schedule Analysis
– The Rams have to somehow beat one of the two mediocre Power Five programs on the schedule. The non-conference games are in the first four, starting out against Colorado in Denver, hosting Western Illinois and Toledo, and going to Arkansas. If they’re at least 2-2 after this, they’ll be fine.
– The Boise State showdown in Mountain play comes at the very end, and it’s at home. That comes after going to Wyoming and dealing with Air Force for a big divisional finishing kick. At least the Rams get a week off before getting the rest of November going. They have to travel to Utah State to kick off the Mountain West season.
– It doesn’t get any harder than having to deal with Fresno State on the road in interdivisional play, and there isn’t much of a break with San Diego State one of the other games against the West. The third date against the other division is against UNLV.
