5. Drew Lock’s career …

Drew Lock is going to be an NFL starting quarterback, he bombed away through a coaching change, and he went through the battles with this team over the last few years.

He threw for 373 yards and three touchdowns – showing off his great arm and gorgeous touch – but when the team was down five with the game on the line in the final minute, he wasn’t able to get the O into the end zone …

He’s got all the tools, and he’s got the skill, but this was supposed to be the capper. After leading the way to four straight wins to close out the season, this had to be his moment to shine. Instead, he was outplayed at times by OSU QB Taylor Cornelius – who threw for 336 yards ad four touchdowns with two picks – and he lost.
