2019 Boston College Eagles Football Schedule Analysis
– It’s right into the ACC world right out of the gate with Virginia Tech coming to Chestnut Hill in the opener. The non-conference schedule has two Power Five programs on it, but hosting Kansas and going to Rutgers is about as light as it gets. There’s a scrimmage against Richmond, but there’s also a late-season trip to Notre Dame. At least that comes after getting a week off.
– The Eagles get a week off to prepare for an Atlantic battle against NC State, but they follow that up with trips to Clemson and Syracuse. If that wasn’t bad enough, the rough four-game run closes out with Florida State. The Louisville game is on the road.
– The season starts with that interdivisional game with the Hokies, and closes out with a date at defending division champ Pitt. There’s no Miami to face, however, that game against the Panthers means BC’s final home game is November 9th against FSU.
