2019 Auburn Tigers Football Schedule Analysis

– It might not be as nasty as Texas A&M’s game at Clemson, but Auburn facing Oregon in Dallas is as good as any SEC non-conference game. The Tigers get to ease up a bit right after playing Tulane and Kent State to get ready for the start of the SEC season. They get the week off against Samford late in the season before dealing with Alabama.

– Samford is one of the greatest sandwich games of the 2019 season. It comes before Bama and after the showdown against Georgia. In a horrible break, the other game against the East is on the road at Florida.

Making it even worse, the trip to Gainesville begins a run of three straight road games. Auburn isn’t at home from September 28th to November 2nd – there’s no home date in October. But …

– There aren’t any road games in November. Ole Miss, Georgia, Samford, Alabama – all in Jordan-Hare. The Texas A&M game, though, is on the road to kick off the SEC season, meaning four of the first five conference games are away.
