Toledo’s defensive front is loaded with devastating all-star pass rushers who disrupted games all season long.

The Rockets were second in the MAC in both sacks and tackles for loss, which was why the defense overall struggled, but was amazing at getting off the field and owning third downs.

Tuzar Skipper led the team with 8.5 sacks this season. He led the way against FIU with eight tackles, but didn’t come up with a sack, and had just one tackle for loss.

Reggie Howard lived behind the line all year with 15 tackles for loss. Against FIU, five tackles, no sacks, no tackles for loss.
