UConn (1-7) vs. Tulsa (1-7) Game Preview
What’s Going To Happen
Fearless Prediction & Line
Someone has to win this.
Tulsa at least has been competitive against decent teams. It battled well against Tulane an USF over the last few weeks, but it can’t win.
UConn continues to disappoint week after week. The defense has been a wee bit better, and the last two games have been close, but if you’re losing to UMass at home, things aren’t going all that well.
The Tulsa defense has been solid with a strong asps defense. The ground game is good enough to rip through the nation’s second-worst run defense, but UConn can move the ball, too.
In Tulsa, the Golden Hurricane offense is finally going to start moving at will, the passing attack will come up with just enough deep plays to open things up, and it’s going to come up with at least three takeaways to not only get a real win over an FBS team, but it’ll have a great time doing it.
