LINE: Georgia Tech -2.5, o/u: 54
The interest is starting to come in on the Miami side, with the line dropping a little bit down to just 2.5. And why?
It’s asking a whole lot for the Georgia Tech offense to put up close to 300 yards on the ground on this Miami D, and that’s what it has to do.
The Hurricane offense is having a whole slew of problems, but it might just have the gameplan to do this – run hard, get physical, take the game out of the hands of the Yellow Jackets.
Miami is terrific on third down stops, stuffing teams time and again, only allowing offenses to convert 22% of the time. This defensive front just isn’t going to get gashed – even if the option is working a little bit.
Throw in the pride factor after losing the last three games, and watch out.
