Wyoming (2-3) vs. Hawaii (5-1) Game Preview
What’s Going To Happen
Hawaii still remains the most interesting and fun team going right now.
The offense is still a blast, the games are always entertaining, and best of all for the Mountain West, the team is good enough to go bowling. It just needs two more wins, and it has a great shot against a Wyoming team without any sort of pop.
The Cowboys just can’t get this season going.
The offense is among the worst in the nation in passing, third downs, and total yards. It doesn’t make a whole lot of big mistakes, and the D is great against the run, but …
Wyoming is shockingly mediocre against the pass, giving up over 300 yards in three of the last four games. All losses.
The Rainbow Warriors have only dipped below the 300-yard mark once – and that was in a blowout against Duquesne when it didn’t need to keep throwing.
At home, Hawaii’s offense will keep on doing what Hawaii’s offense does, and even the Cowboy attack will open up a bit.
UW just won’t be able to do enough to keep up.
