LINE: Mississippi State -1.5, o/u: 44
ATS PICK: Texas A&M
Jimbo Fisher and Texas A&M have had time to rest up and prepare.
The Aggies’ two losses are to Alabama and Clemson, and while they’ve had to battle ever since dropping that game to the Tide, they’ve been able to win close, tight games.
They managed get by Arkansas in a neutral site battle. They handed Kentucky its only loss, and they got by South Carolina on the road before getting a two week break for the finishing kick.
And now they get to go against a one-dimensional Mississippi State team coming off a pounding from LSU.
Yeah, the Bulldogs whacked around Auburn, and they really are good enough to win this, but the A&M pass rush is amazing, the defense should have fresh legs, and it’s going against an MSU offense that scored seven points or fewer in three of the last four games.
Trust in Jimbo, and trust in the preparation.
