Can Kansas keep West Virginia to under 50? If your answer is yes, then go ahead and take the 28 points and we shall never discuss this again. The Mountaineers should be able to go through the motions and win this in a walk at home, but that’s a big number. Let’s put it this way. If you think the Mountaineers are going to win by 28 or more, than jump all over the over in the 61.5 point total.

Like the Cubs, or Beavis, or everyone partaking in #Pac12AfterDark, Iowa State just doesn’t score. Okay, it sort of scores, but not enough, and so far, not on the road to think it’ll get within 9.5 of Oklahoma State. By the way, Mike Gundy, what are your thoughts on Jalen McCleskey?

You’re going to do something with Oklahoma vs. Texas, even if you shouldn’t. The seven just isn’t that much for the Sooners to give away, but if they’re going to blow it against a mediocre Big 12, it’s going to happen in a game like this against a team like Texas.
As always, I despise picking a team to win and not cover as a seven point favorite, but this is the time. You’re not crazy to take the chance that Texas is about to come up with something fantastic, however, beating Tulsa, USC, TCU and Kansas State might not be that big a deal.

I’m not doing my job if I didn’t at least point out that Kansas State and Baylor might roll past the 55.5 total. Yeah, yeah, yeah, the Wildcats scored 20 points total in the last two games, and the defense hasn’t been bad. This is just a gut-feeling – or maybe it’s because I just finished off my burrito bowl – but this one is going to go off, with Baylor having no problems with the four, either. Both offenses are due.
