Bowling Green Prediction: What’s Going To Happen
The Falcons will be a whole lot better, but they won’t have enough to show for it.
The schedule is too tough over the first half, and it’s not all that easy in the final month, either, with some tougher-than-they look road games.
The experience will make the offense a lot stronger, QB Jarret Doege is going to be a bigger factor, and the defense won’t be quite as miserable with all the returning veterans and with a little bit of depth. But it’ll be a dogfight to come close to a winning season.
Guessing The Preseason Regular Season Win Total Will Be Set At … 4.5
There will be an improvement after winning just six games over the last two seasons, but it’ll be tough to get off to a decent start with at Oregon, Maryland, and at Georgia Tech over the first month.
Throw in a MAC run of at Toledo, Wester, Michigan and at Ohio, and closing out with at Central Michigan, at Akron and Buffalo, and it’ll take several upsets just to get close to six wins.
