2018 Wyoming Cowboys Football Schedule Analysis

– It all starts out with a dangerous date against newly-independent New Mexico State on the road, and then come the Power Fivers, hosting Washington State and going to Missouri before dealing with the Wofford running game. 2-2 is a must, 3-1 would be fantastic before getting a week off.

– The Cowboys will know where they stand right away in Mountain West play, hosting Boise State in the conference opener. In the Mountain, they have to go to Colorado State and New Mexico, but they get Air Force and Utah State at home.

– Missing San Diego State from the West is a huge help, but they have to go to Fresno State as part of a run of three road games in four weeks. That comes off an interdivisional date at Hawaii. On the plus side, San Jose State is the other date with the other division, missing Nevada along with the Aztecs.
