2018 Ohio Bobcats Football Schedule Analysis

– Is Ohio about to be the best team in the MAC? The talent and experience are there to do it, and the schedule helps, too. Starting out with Howard is a nice tune-up, and then there’s a week off before diving in. Going on the road to face Virginia and Cincinnati will be interesting, and facing UMass in Athens isn’t bad. The Bobcats might just be good enough to go 4-0.

– The MAC season starts out on the road at Kent State, but that’s not all that bad. Going to Miami University is the one big road game in East Division play, with Buffalo and Akron both in Athens.

– Missing Toledo from the West is a plus, but the Bobcats have to go on the road to face Western Michigan and Northern Illinois. They also play Ball State from the other division, missing Eastern Michigan.
