Breaking down and analyzing the 2018 Fresno State Bulldogs football schedule.
2018 Fresno State Bulldogs Football Schedule Analysis
– The Bulldogs start out their season hosting newly-banished former FBSer Idaho, and then it gets interesting with a trip to Minnesota and followed up by a date at a UCLA. If they can split between those two, it’ll be a success. They get a week off before dealing with Toledo at home in a good-looking battle of top Group of Five teams.
– The Mountain West season starts out at Nevada, kicking off a run of three games in four weeks against teams that didn’t go bowling. They catch the break of getting San Diego State at home, and in division play, they have to go to UNLV and host San Jose State and Hawaii.
– They miss Colorado State, Air Force and Utah State from the Mountain. Unfortunately, they not only deal with Boise State, but they have to go on the road. Wyoming is the other interdivisional game, coming at home in the midst of the easiest part of the conference slate.
