2018 Colorado State Rams Football Schedule Analysis

– The Rams start out with another Week Zero game, only this year they play Hawaii to kickoff the Mountain West world. They also get San Jose State and Nevada from the West – both on the road – missing both San Diego State and Fresno State.

– The non-conference slate starts out against Colorado in Denver, and it doesn’t get any easier with Arkansas coming to Fort Collins, followed up by a trip to Florida. The relative breather comes after Gainesville, getting Illinois State before taking a week off to gear up for the rest of the Mountain West world.

– The Mountain schedule doesn’t start until mid-October when New Mexico comes to town. It’s a needed home date with a trip to Boise State to follow. There aren’t two road games in a row all season long, with Wyoming and Utah State coming to Fort Collins, but with a date on the road at Air Force.
