2018 Pac-12 National Signing Day/Recruiting Head Coach
Clay Helton, USC: Yeah, you could come up with the Pac-12’s best recruiting class. Yeah, Oregon, UCLA, Arizona and Arizona State were undergoing coaching changes. Yeah, the rest of the Pac-12 didn’t do too much outside of Chris Petersen and Washington. Yeah, Stanford had a down recruiting year.
Yeah … so why is Helton the coach of the Pac-12 recruiting season? He still got the job done, bringing in a class that’s light years ahead of everyone else’s in the conference.
