Breaking down and analyzing the 2018 Maryland Terrapins football schedule.
2018 Maryland Terrapins Football Schedule Analysis
– And now the Terps get Texas in Landover. It was one of the best games of the early part of last year, and now it’s a big moment for a Maryland team who doesn’t have to deal with a 2017 UCF in non-conference play. Going to Bowling Green and facing Temple isn’t that bad.
– The games against the East aren’t all that bad, starting out the Big Ten season against Minnesota at home, and facing Iowa on the road and Illinois at home in interdivisional play. There’s no Wisconsin and no Nebraska on the slate.
– Beat the Gophers, and the Terps should be 3-1 at worst, 4-0 at best if they can beat Texas, too. After a week off, they have to deal with Michigan on the road, and they close out the regular season with Penn State in State College. However, they get Michigan State and Ohio State at home – with the Spartans, Buckeyes and Nittany Lions all in November.
