What’s Going To Happen

First team to score wins?

Kent State doesn’t score, coming up with 13 points against Buffalo, and just nine points combined in the other four FBS games.

Miami is having better luck, but now it’ll be without star quarterback Gus Ragland, who suffered a leg injury against Bowling Green. At 2-4, the season is all but over if it can’t be at the lowly Golden Flashes. With Buffalo and a trip to Ohio up next, the RedHawks have to start finding a little bit of offensive consistency, and do it without its main man.

MU might not have a big-time defense, but the offense knows how to control the tempo and grind out games. Now with veteran Billy Bahl under center, the offense will be good enough.

The RedHawks will crank up a few early points and sit on the lead from there. Don’t expect anything scintillating, but Miami – at the moment – will take any win it can get.
