How many teams will the Pac-12 get into the New Year’s Six?
The champion will likely make its way into the College Football Playoff, while the improved league should send at least one other team to the New Year’s Six and probably two.

The call is for the Pac-12 title winner – USC vs. Washington – to make its way into the CFP, while the loser will end up in a New Year’s Six game. Throw in another team – like Stanford – that’ll come close, but just miss.
The Pac-12 has six automatic bowl ties, but the normal Rose Bowl spot isn’t there this season – at least the automatic one – considering the game is a College Football Playoff semifinal.
