2017 Alabama Crimson Tide Football Schedule
Realistic Best Case Scenario
It’s Alabama, so the best case scenario is going 12-0. However, 11-1 wouldn’t be too bad with one clunker along the way against a Texas A&M on the road or to open against Florida State in Atlanta. However, it would have to take a big upset to take down the Tide. The four road games – Vanderbilt, Texas A&M, Mississippi State and Auburn – aren’t horrendous, and getting Tennessee and LSU at home shouldn’t be a problem.

Realistic Worst Case Scenario
Two losses. At this point, all that matters is whether or not the Crimson Tide can get back to the College Football Playoff, and two regular season losses would do it. They lose to FSU to start the season, blow one of the road games – especially if it’s at Auburn – and/or has a bad day against Tennessee, Arkansas or LSU at home. In a nightmare scenario, Bama goes 9-3, but realistically, 10-2 might not be that far off if the SEC improves.
