2018 Florida State Seminoles Football Schedule Analysis

– The Willie Taggart era isn’t exactly starting out with a light breeze, dealing with Virginia Tech on a Monday night to kick things off. However, five days later comes the light scrimmage against Samford to get ready for the ACC opener against Syracuse.

– Along with dealing with the Hokies, in interdivisional play, the Noles have their annual date against Miami – and it’s on the road. The Hurricane showdown is coming at the end of a run of three games in four weeks, and it’s the week after going to Louisville. It’s not a positive that the week off comes after the Miami game and before Wake Forest, however …

– The Clemson game is in Tallahassee. The November road games at NC State and Notre Dame are dangerous, but getting the Tigers at home might be the key to the season. Florida is making the trip to the Doak for Dan Mullen’s debut in the rivalry.
