According to the Tallahassee Democrat, Florida State quarterback Deondre Francois is being investigated in an alleged domestic violence incident.

Police were called in, but Francois wasn’t arrested and now he’s under investigation for the incident.

On the field, once he’s back and healthy after suffering a torn ACL in the 2017 opener against Alabama, he’s supposed to be a key part of the start of the Willie Taggart era. James Blackman took over the job early on last year and progressed as the season went on, but Francois – when healthy – has the bigger upside.

Details are still to come, and again, Francois hasn’t been charged with anything – this is just an investigation at the moment.

Francois completed 59% of his passes for 3,350 yards and 20 touchdowns with seven interceptions, and ran for five scores, in his freshman season in 2016.
