2017 TCU Horned Frogs Football Schedule
Realistic Best Case Scenario

Beat Arkansas, and it’s a 3-0 start going into the Big 12 opener at Oklahoma State. Win a shootout against the Cowboys, and then comes a week off to get ready to go on a roll. With West Virginia, Kansas, and at Iowa State in a four-game stretch, going 3-1 is possible, 4-0 with a win over Kansas State on the road. November is a bear, but win two of the three games against Texas, at Oklahoma, and at Texas Tech before finishing up against Baylor, and 9-3 is possible, 10-2 if everything breaks right.

Realistic Worst Case Scenario

The Horned Frogs lose at Arkansas and Oklahoma State, and then it’s a grind to get through October. Lose two of the four games in the middle of the slate, and then there’s a big problem with the road games at Oklahoma and Texas Tech in November in between Texas and Baylor at home. If everything breaks down, 5-7 isn’t crazy, and it could be a little worse if the team has consistency issues again. Most likely, though, in a worst case scenario, the Horned Frogs go 6-6.
