2017 Louisville Cardinals Football Schedule Realistic Best Case Scenario

The offense finds its 2016 early season groove again as Lamar Jackson and company rolls through Purdue and gets by on the road at North Carolina before coming up with an early ACC-season defining win over Clemson. Kent State and Murray State pad the stats before beating NC State on a Thursday night. Realistically, Florida State gets its revenge for last year with a big win at home, but the Cardinals roll through a relatively easy back half of the slate – including a win at Kentucky – to finish 11-1 on the way to the ACC Championship.

2017 Louisville Cardinals Football Schedule Realistic Worst Case Scenario

It’s an uneven season with an early loss at North Carolina leading to a loss to Clemson that all but ends the season by mid-September. The Cardinals blow it at NC State to start a tough run of three road games in a month, including a loss at Florida State. Even if the wheels come off, Louisville isn’t likely to come close to missing out on a bowl game, but if things aren’t working, 7-5 is possible.
