Utah State Travels To Camp Randall Stadium
Here is how to follow the game tonight.
Here are the very important details on how to follow Utah States’ opener.
There are pros and cons to this matchup for Utah State. They get a plume spot on ESPN on Friday night but they are taking on No. 9 Wisconsin at their place.
There is a lot of pressure on Utah State head coach Matt Wells to perform this year and this game is not a make or break matchup but what is going to be interesting to watch is how well this new David Yost offense will perform.
The Aggies want to go multiple wide receiver sets and pass the ball a lot with senior quarterback Kent Myers. The question is if they can do that. Utah State’s running game will help go a long way in determining that success. Even though the Aggies want to throw a lot they are not going to be an Air-Raid-esque offense.
They want to move the ball on the ground and LaJuan Hunt and Tonny Lindsey have a chance to redeem themselves from last year where they were largely ineffective taking over for Devante Mays who was injured.
Wisconsin is down two key linebackers for the year in Zack Baun and Jack Cinchy, but the Badgers have depth and will have the next man up to be fine vs. the Aggies.
Utah State’s defense will need to find a way to slow down the running attack and keep pace with the Badgers massive offensive line, and that will be a tough challenge.
