The ex-Rams guard is the 834th transfer this summer

Former Colorado State guard Devocio Butler has announced his intentions to transfer to Texas Southern University Monday.

Butler, who made 17 appearances with the Rams prior to being suspended for the remainder of the season, averaged 5.9 points and 2.4 rebounds per game in 2017.

The former JUCO transfer spent his first two collegiate seasons at Hill College where he averaged over 17 points per game in his sophomore campaign.

Colorado State now has one open scholarship for the 2017-18 season. According to Verbal Commits’ database, there are currently 12 grad transfers still available for this fall.
