Georgia Tech Takes A Jab At UGA On Twitter
Georgia Tech, the losers of 13 out of the last 16 games against Georgia, has taken to Twitter to make fun of one of UGA’s new concessions partnerships.
As we posted on Monday, Sanford Stadium will be welcoming two new food vendors into its building this year, with the additions of Dunkin’ Donuts and Dreamland BBQ.
There have been some Georgia fans opposed to the new concessions partnership with Dreamland BBQ, a food chain that was founded in Tuscaloosa – home of the University of Alabama – and is beloved by the Crimson Tide fanbase.
Fans are not the only ones expressing their disapproval of the move, however. As per usual in the offseason, schools tend to poke fun at their rivals via social media posts and edited graphics. Georgia Tech, in typical Tech underwhelming fashion, responded to UGA’s partnership with Dreamland BBQ with the below tweet.
Maybe Tech should focus on beating UGA on the field rather than on the internet. Just a reminder, Georgia has won 13 out of the last 16 games against the Yellow Jackets.
