Former Georgia wide receivers Isaiah McKenzie and Reggie Davis had their pro football debuts on Thursday night.

Last year, Isaiah McKenzie and Reggie Davis were both catching passes from Jacob Eason at UGA. Now, the two speedsters are turning heads at the NFL level as they both impressed in their first preseason games with their respective teams.

McKenzie, a 5th round pick by the Denver Broncos, was recently named the team’s starting punt returner. He had one return for 5 yards on Thursday, but it was at the receiver position in which he impressed, reeling in a 47 yard touchdown pass with 6 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter to tie the game at 17 a piece.

Reggie Davis was signed by the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent, but on Thursday night in Miami the former Dawg certainly did not play like an undrafted rookie. In a Falcons loss, Davis hauled in 2 catches for 43 yards, but also had a long and impressive touchdown called back due to a penalty.
