Nevada (1-1) vs. Buffalo (0-1) Game Preview

Venue: Mackay Stadium, Reno, NV

It’s the showdown of very, very early lowered expectations after a few duds to kick things off.
Nevada has to go on the road for three of the next four games, and after getting ripped to shreds by DeShone Kizer and Notre Dame, and with that coming off an overtime win over Cal Poly, the team desperately needs a good performance.
The offense isn’t working like it’s supposed to, Tyler Stewart and the quarterback play haven’t been great, and the defense has been a rumor.
Playing Buffalo needs to be the cure.
UB is supposed to be good enough to be a player in the MAC, but after losing to Albany – with a painful passing game that was a shocking disaster – and with four turnovers, the season started out with a thud before getting a week off.
However, the Bulls have a strong defense and should keep this closer than Nevada fans might like.
