The College Football Playoff has taken over the national championship discussion and focus, but the AP national title winners have mirrored the BCS and then the CFP champs. This one isn’t too tough – It’s Alabama’s decade so far with three national titles in the last five years.

CFN has created a formula looking back at all the past AP national champions, giving the title winner 25 points, the No. 2 team 24 points, on down to the bottom. Where have the other top programs finished?
